Swimming, its harder than it looks!

Okay, it has been a long, long time since I have gone swimming for any amount of distance/time.
Since I have a stress fracture in my left foot, I am unable to run. I am taking this time away from running and turning it in to a time to transition in some swimming and more upper body strength training.
Yesterday and today I have done an hour of pretty strenuous weight lifting with my upper body, and following that up with a swim.
Yesterday I swam 400 yards and today I swam 750 yards on top of all of the weight lifting. So, I am definitely sore.
One thing I did learn, my form SUCKS compared to what I recall it being when I was a teenager.
